The HI-LO Intensive Care Bed has a strong steel tubular frame work with chariot type base, mounted on 125 mm diameter swiveling castors. Two swirling castors are with brakes and two without brakes. The bed is suitable for mattress size 2010 mm (L) x 910 mm (W) and has the following specifications:

• Four section top of uniformly perforated press bent CRCA sheet
• Four separate screws for backrest and knee rest adjustments
• Facility for trendelenberg, reverse trendelenberg and height adjustment

We are engaged in manufacturing Trauma Care Emergency & Recovery Trolley, the frame of which is made of 16 SWG CRCA square pipe and is provided with stainless steel swing-down railing. To enable easy handling of the trolley, it is provided with SS IV rod and removable X-Ray permeable top. It is equipped with an X-Ray cassette holder, underneath the stretcher. The trolley has a tray and cylinder cage, to hold the oxygen cylinder.

Designed for comfortable positioning, the head and back-rest of the stretcher is based on a ratchet system. The hydraulic system enables height adjustment, as per the convenience of the patient. The trendelenburg's positioning can be achieved through the pneumatic pump, placed on 15 cm diameter swiveling castor with two brakes. The swirling castor is provided with rubber buffers on four corners. The pre-treated powder coated trolley is available is standard size of 210 L x 65 W x 65-95 cm. However, it is also available in various sizes and specifications, along with optional mattress and accessories.

The Stretcher Trolley manufactured by us is available in standard size of 213 L x 56 W x 81 H cm. The outer frame of the trolley is made of CRC tubes mounted on 15 cm castors.

The stretcher top is provided with chrome plated handles and is easily removable. To provide long lasting and smooth finish, we use pre-treated powder coating and Epoxy powder coating.

The Trauma Care Crash Cart offered by us has three SS trays, one each at the top, middle and bottom respectively. It is provided with a massage board, lamp & I.V. Rod, along with adequate provision for holding a powder coated oxygen cylinder cage.  The trolley is equipped with two modular systems, each system having three polymer drawers. Out of these, two drawers contain rectangular containers. In addition to this, six removable bins are provided below the top tray. The framework of the trolley is made up of a tube having 25 mm diameter & 1.2 mm thickness and swiveling castors of 100 mm diameter. The swirling castor has brakes bolted to an outer tube of dimension 25 mm x 25 mm x 60 mm square.
