Electrical Control Panel Boards
  Electrical Control Panel Boards
We manufacture and provide control panel boards that are stringently checked at our end for raw material & components throughout the production process. Available with certification for major components, our control panels comply with Indian standards and regulations. Our control panels are widely applicable in chemical, sugar, textile, construction and other industries

Testing: Equipped with testing equipment and kits for material inspection, raw material testing and other tests our design unit is able to test wide range of control panels before commissioning the same at clients premise.

Fabrication: For fabrication of control panels we are installed with NC power shearing Machine, CNC Bending Machine, CNC Turret Punch Press Powder coating plant and other equipment. Located at Peenya Industrial Area with main unit in Kamakshipalya, we are able to built panels out of cold rolled and cold annealed steel sheets in 14 gauges for frames and 16 gauges basically for partitions.The sheet steel undergoes phosphate treatment process of degreasing, derusting, phosphate and passivation in a seven tank process. Further, these electrical control panel boards are powder coated and painted in RAL 7032 Shade. Apart from standard powder coating, our panels can be customized as required by clients.

Bus bars: While sizing panels, bus bars are rated properly and design factors taken into account to ensure higher ambient, enclosure conditions, number of bus bars, short time current capability and more. For bus bars following steps are undertaken:
  • PVC color coded heat shrinkable sleeves are provided
  • For higher heat dissipation bus bars are painted with matt black with phase identification
  • For proper heat transfer of overlapped joints cleaning, greasing, usage of high- tension bolts, with tightening by torque wrench are adopted
Can be customized with the material which varies from electrical grade Aluminum with 99.5% purity, Copper bus bars EC grade with 99.9% purity

Shrouding – Clearances: Designed as per BS, panels have adequate clearances between live parts and between live parts to earth.For safety and to withstand inadequate clearances in certain components FRP barriers are provided with panels. For averting accidental contact with live parts, for e.g. at cable terminations and feeder components; and safety of operating and maintenance personnel, hylam barriers are used. Proper spacing and selection of the supports to withstand the appropriate or specified short circuit levels. Leveraging on our sophisticated design unit we are able to take up schematics and circuitries for any complex applications. In our design unit we undertake:

1. Testing of raw material, components and final range before commissioning the same at client’s premise

2. Fabrication with the help of NC power shearing Machine, CNC Bending Machine, CNC Turret Punch Press Powder coating plant and other equipment. Sheet steels undergoes phosphate treatment process of degreasing, derusting, phosphate and passivation in a seven tank process. In addition to this, we offer powder coating and paint in RAL 7032 Shade.

3. Bus bars are designed ensuring higher ambient, enclosure conditions, number of bus bars, short time current capability and more. These can be customized on material used such as electrical grade Aluminum with 99.5% purity, Copper bus bars EC grade with 99.9% purity

4. SMC or DMC bus bar supports are adopted for main horizontal and vertical bus bars to provide the requisite strength and rigidity to withstand short circuits.

LADDER TYPE CABLE TRAYS:

The ladder type cable trays are manufactured with the width ranging from 150mm to 1200mm and the height ranging from 50mm to 150mm and the thickness from 16SWG to 10SWG with all the accessories. These trays consist of two longitudinal side rails connected by individual transverse members called rungs.

PERFORATED CABLE TRAYS:

Perforated or ventilated trays are available in drilled / perforated channels. The perforations are staggered at 50mm lengthwise and a minimum of 25mm crosswise. Perforated type cable trays are available at widths from 50mm to 900mm and are designed for standard support spans of 2500mm. The perforated type cable trays are made of HR sheets and also from pre galvanized sheets with various thickness and flange heights.
