The Model Type-1 & Type-2  provides access for gauging or obtaining product samples for storage tanks. This models incorporates a positive cover hold down which assures a tight seal on tanks with internal pressure 2000 mm/wg. This models also offers lock down capability. Both models shall stay in the full open position which will permit the use of both hands during gauging or sampling. This units are produced in Aluminium, M.S.,  S.S.  covers and base with neoprene, metal seat insert. Optional Seals are also available as per requirements.

The Types of Flame Arrestors are :-

(a)        An end of line Un Confined  Deflagration or Atmospheric Explosion
(b)        An end of line Long burning proof flame arrestor
(c)        An in line Confined Deflagration flame arrestor.

The essential part of Flame Arresters manufactured by us are the Flame Arrester Bank which is built up from two circularly wound stainless steel strips, one of which is flat, the other corrugated at an angle of 90Deg.

FLAME ARRESTER BANK(CRIMPED RIBBON TYPE)

Elements consists of alternate layers of crimped and uncrimped metal spirally wound on to a central core. Alternative construction uses alternate layers of crimped and uncrimped metal built into a circular frame. In either case this results in a structure with many approximately triangular shaped apertures.

This type of Arrester can be made to very close tolerance and dimensions can be varied over a wide range. The Pressure drop across the arrester is low and they can be constructed to withstand to most severe explosions.

Easy to install hot dip galvanized double plate box type hubs. optional welded hubs to reduce initial cost. hubs are dynamically balanced to iso 1940 grade 6. 3 hubs to suit standard taper lock bushings or custom specified gear box output shafts. ease in handling and maintenance.
