Manhole Covers
Our products are compliant to various taylor made requirements. Our metallurgy is based on IS, BS-497176, BS-EN-124, DIN and ASTM. Features of manhole covers are double and single triangular cover, single seal and double seal cover, plain seated cover, water tight cover, pressure tight cover, inch cover, recessed cover, ventilated cover, slide out cover, safety guard cover, glass and meter reinforced cover, hood type cover.
Metallurgical product range in greycast iron includes:- ASTM A48 class 20 equivalent BSS/DIN/ is GR15
- ASTM A48 class 25 equivalent BSS/DIN/ is GR20
- ASTM A48 class 30 equivalent BSS/DIN/ is GR22
- ASTM A48 class 35 equivalent BSS/DIN/ is GR25
Selecting the right product based on British standard loadings:- GradeA:Products are tested under min.40 ton load
- GradeB:Products are tested under min. 25ton load
- GradeC:Products are tested Under min.15ton load
- GradeD:Products are tested under min. 5ton load

Manhole Frames We offer to our clients superior range of manhole cover & frames. They are made from premium grade of cast iron like gray cast iron and ductile iron manhole cover.

- All castings are available in ASTM A48 Class 35B
- Wide range of products available in diameters up to 1250 mm (50") and frame height up to 275 mm (11")

Water Tight Manhole Cover We offer to our clients superior range of watertight manhole rings and covers. They are manufactured from 35 grey iron and comply with ASTM A48 CL358 standards. Our castings are coated with a water based asphalt plant giving it longer life standards. Watertight proof against the passage of surface water of minimal depth and at atmospheric pressure. |
