Infrastructure
We possess a capacious plot spread in 1000 sq mt with an installed capacity of 10000 units. We have our own in-house design unit along with other mandatory departments. We also have CAD/ CAM design/ development facility that helps us in a quality development of the product. We have all required machines such as thread rolling machine( 15 ton to 40 ton), screw press forging for bolt head Forging Power press for Bolt head trimming Power press Center less Grinder Center, Lathe Nut Tapper Chamfering and facing SPM and other conventional machinery such as heat treatment furnace salt bath type tempering furnace electrically operated with temperature controller, thermocouple and heat chart recorder. Together with our team and our infrastructure, we ensure that we meet our client's expectations.
