Our range of telescopic covers is manufactured using high-grade CRCA stainless steel sheets having thickness from 1.5 mm to 3 mm to obtain top most quality in the final output. The covers are constructed with high precision brass/nylon shoes, bushes, rollers, bearings and finally they are polished using special polishing agent to enhance the appearance of machines. Further, each box of the cover is assembled with a leak proof polyurethane wiper, which is protected, from hot chips stainless steel outer case and lastly they go through accurate quality check that helps to get flawless range of telescopic covers.

We offer our clients an exclusive range of link apron covers that are manufactured using qualitative aluminum strips or MS strips as per the products requirement. These apron covers are very much in demand because they need very less space for installation in comparison to bellows or telescopic covers. They lie directly on the bed/ guide ways and can hang down freely at the other end, which can be screwed on or wound around without any special guides.

MEGAVET Wipers are made of good quality PU rubber. We have a wide range of Wipers to suit any guideways. Thease are fix-it and forget for 2-3 years without any problems. The wiper lips can be provoided saperately for easy fixing at the customer end without any hasseles.

We use some of the latest high end machines to acheive high quality in all our products, and hence low maintenance costs. We have spare capacity for our State of the art AMADA LASER CUTTING MACHINE. We can cut MS upto 12mm thick and Stainless Steel upto 6mm. For SS, we use Nitrogen as assist gas for a superior finish.
