Megawin Switchgear, established in 1987 having its manufacturing works located in the steel city of Salem in southern part of India.
We offer a wide range of medium voltage electrical substation products, completely designed, developed and type tested in accordance to relevant standards at CPRI and other independent recognized testing stations. The products are dependable & reliable with specific emphasis to the client needs.
We have our presence in the domestic & international markets and it is our constant endeavor to offer QUALITY PRODUCTS .

InfrastructureInfrastructure
We have a robost infrastructure in place. Most of the components used in our finished products are made of steel, copper, aluminium or epoxy raw materials which are ultimately machined inhouse. There are several machines installed for sheet metal bending, shearing, punching, drilling and so on. Jigs & Fixtures are made inhouse for assembly.
Other facilities include autoclave for curing of epoxy components. Sand Blasting & 7-tank process for sheet metal processing. Powder coating plant using epoxy paint for painting the panels both interior and exterior.
The inprocess inspection is carried out in accordance to the quality assurance plan.
The testing facility covers oscilloscope for analyzing the breaker parameters like opening/closing speed, opening/closing time, contact/mechanism over travel, High Voltage Test Kit, Milli volt drop test kit, tongue tester, avometer, digital vernier, no go gauges, micrometer, 2kV tester for control circuit test. P.D measurement kit, CT /PT testing kits, Fuse & Relay testing kits.
The design & drawing office have been provided with computer systems and drawings are drafted with the help of cutting edge technologies.
Megawin has a team of trained engineers/technicians who have hands on experience and knowledge in meeting the service needs.
Quality Policy / ProcessesReliability of your equipment is our Obligation.The products undergo stringent in process quality check as well as final inspection. Every product manufactured is routine tested after assembly to the relevant standards.
Propagating quality management systems by way of formulating implementing and monitoring the improvement plans with total focus on the internal as well as the external customer satisfaction. It is also responsibility of the task force to bring about the investigation and preventive action on critical quality issues and report the same to the top management and take necessary corrective action.
