We are regulated by and are members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We provide an integrated investment and asset management service incorporating commercial property acquisitions, finance, property management and disposals. Many of our clients have been advised by us for over two generations and we firmly believe in nurturing our client relationships for the very long term. The company currently manages a substantial portfolio of properties across the UK and specialises in commercial property investment in certain key sectors including pubs, restaurants, budget hotels, in-town supermarkets and distribution warehouses. We are in direct contact with most central London and national surveyors and estate agents. We also have close working relationships with specialists in tax planning, building surveying, developments monitoring and offshore trust/company administration to provide our clients with a totally integrated service. Asset Management - Active property management including rent collection, insurance arrangements, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge administration, VAT issues and the timely remittance of funds to clients. We maintain separate bank accounts for each of our clients.
- Management of all applications to assign, underlet or vary leases or to alter the property or change its use. Advice on tenant difficulty or company failure and on the marketing of any vacant space.
- Completion and submission of VAT returns, dealing with registration and de-registration for VAT, and liaising and meeting with HM Revenue & Customs where necessary.

About the OwnerAnant Shah Anant Shah jointly founded the Meghraj Group with his brother, Vipin, in 1973. His main responsibility was running the banking operations of the Group. After retiring from active involvement in business in 2000, he has devoted most of his time to charitable and social causes in the UK, India and Kenya.
