InfrastructureSpices have a long and ancient history, especially in India, where they are a part of life and heritage. In every home & in every province across the country, different spices and blends are used to create different and distinctive tastes in dishes.
Initially we use man-power to extract spices from ground spices, but due to increase in demand of Mehak spices soon we switched over to automatic machines for extraction of spices from ground spices. These machines have enough capacity of producing 30 tons of spices in powders packed in consumer pack of different sizes (10g to 500g) in a single day.
Moving forward, Mehak Spices never looked back after we took off. We are always devoted to quality and purity of our own product. Due to our efforts, now Mehak has achieved greater heights of fame, glory and purity.
Mehak has set up states of the art plants for meeting the ever growing demand. The company procures raw material directly from the centers of produce to maintain uniform taste and quality. The raw material is first cleaned, dried and then tested with the help of special machines. It is then carefully grounded into the finished product passing through various stages. Fully automatic machines have been installed for this process.
The powdered spices are again tested at the fully equipped quality control laboratories, to ensure the best quality standards. They are then packed mechanically into packs of various proportions without any human touch. Marketing and distribution team is always on the move to ensure timely delivery of its products to the consumers.
Further, well equipped research and development laboratories work incessantly to develop new spice blends of spices.
