• If the customer has ordered the flower/gift, types or colors that are not available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that particular moment and cannot be fulfilled within the specified day, the customer will be informed and will be given 100% refund
• Refund will be carried out within three days once one of the above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. Safe keep this refund notification for checking against your monthly credit card bill

4) Delivery shall be made after realization of the instrument (Demand Draft/ Cheque). Delivery shall be made as per the delivery schedule.
