Mehta Engineers Limited is a public limited organization, established in the year 1979, at Ludhiana, Punjab. 95% of its shares are held by the family members. We are a professionally managed organization engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting of a wide assortment of Industrial Stampings, Automotive Components and Industrial Machined Components. Our wide array of products is well accepted and acclaimed in various leading industries for its matchless quality and some dynamic features like long functional life, optimum performance, corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, precise operations and many more.
The wide spectrum of products manufactured by us includes Precision Machined Components, Control Arms, Sheet Metal Stampings, Sheet Metal Fabricated Components and Deep Draw Parts. To offer maximum utility of products to the clients, we also manufacture customized products that are specially designed and developed for the clients as per their specific needs and requirement of application.
In the year 1984, when the major Japanese motorcycle companies came to India, there was a large requirement of manufacturers who can supply assured quality products to them. At that time, our company was their first choice due to our commitment to quality and prompt delivery schedules. The company was involved in export business in the year 2002 and export to various leading players of Europe.
The foundation stone of the company was laid by CMD of the company, Mr. Satendra Mohan Mehta with a clear vision that was to become as the trusted manufacturer of quality products for Original Equipment Manufacturers. He possesses a vast industry exposure and expertise in the domain, which has consistently helped us to improvise our existing processes and procedures. With the help of his sharp business acumen and effective marketing strategies, the company has been able to achieve a commendable position in the industry.

| We have developed three production units at our premises, which are sprawled over a vast area of 22,500 square meters of land. Each production unit is outfitted with technologically advanced machines and equipment like CNC Wire Cut, Milling, CNC Machining Centers, Shapers, Plano Miller, Lathes and grinders. These machines ensure high production capacity and capable to produce large product line in a cost-efficient manner. Our infrastructural facility is segregated in various desired departments, which enables us to efficiently carry out our business operations in a hassle free environment.

During Production
During the production process our team of quality controllers carries out quality control at three stages.
After the production process is completed, the finalized products are passed through Pre-Delivery inspection department, which ensures only clients only get the products that conform to quality standards. Our quality testing department is equipped with latest equipment to ensure quality of the products like Vickers Hardness Testers, Coating thickness checking machine, Profile Projectors, Cupping test machine, Rockwell Hardness Testers, salt spray chambers and various other regular calibration tools. |
