Incepted in the year 1998, Mehtab Export House is one of the leading concerns engaged in manufacturing and exporting of mens leather garments, ladies leather jacket, leather buttoned coat, designer leather jackets, long buttoned coat, designer leather jackets and other various leather garments. Designed as per the latest trends and fashion, our garments are a hit among all the fashion conscious clients. Under the guidance and motivation of our mentor Mr. Mohd. Qadeer, we have successfully understood the various tanning and processing stages involved in the leather tannery. Our mentor has 10 years of wide experience in this industry and has joined the business soon after completing his studies.
We started our journey only by exporting finished leather and slowly and gradually started our own tannery and production unit as per the demands and current market trends. With a tradition of excellence in quality and commitment, our customers have given us the strength to continue our business well into the 2nd decade giving way to enter into a new era in the leather field. We source the best quality raw materials and finely polish and refine

Made using various hides like cattle hides and suede our products are

our leather garments are carefully processed and tanned so that the

Quality has always been our foremost aim. We manufacture leather
garments using superior quality of raw materials like nappa, suede
and full grain leather which are derived from hides of cow, pig,
goat, sheep and buffalo. Our quality control analysts keep a complete
check on the procurement and production processes so that higher
productivity ratio can be achieved. Our products are inspected
thoroughly at various levels by our team experts. At the initial
stage, our products are checked for tannage, holes, damage etc. The
dyed leather is then thoroughly inspected piece by piece for colour,
thickness and burnish to ensure that they are flawless.

Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with all the modernized tools
and equipment like: hemming machines, atom cutting machines, dyeing
machines, shredding machines and various hand tools like knives,
hammers and awls to poke holes in leather. Our garments pass through
3 fundamental sub-processes: preparatory stages, tanning and crusting
to provide them a final shape. The various sub processes that are
carried on in our unit to process leather include preservation,
soaking, liming, unhairing, fleshing, splitting, reliming, deliming,
bating, degreasing, frizing, splitting, shaving, rechroming, dyeing,
fatliquoring, filling, stuffing, stripping, whitening, fixation,
setting, drying, Various enzymes are used in our manufacturing unit
in order to prepare leather for the manufacturing process. Our
enzymes include: proteases, lipases and amylases which have important
role in soaking, dehairing, degreasing and bating operations.
