Sphurti Dahi, or a Plain Yoghurt is made from Pasteurised Toned Milk by adding lactic Culture. Then it is hygienically packed in the attractive cups.

Sphurti Deshi Butter is a dairy product made by churning fresh or fermented cream or milk. It is generally used as a spread and a condiment, as well as in cooking applications such as baking, sauce making, and frying. Butter consists of butterfat, water and milk proteins.

Sphurti Milk is an opaque white liquid produced by the mammary glands of female mammals (including monotremes). It provides the primary source of nutrition for newborn mammals before they are able to digest other types of food. The early lactation milk is known as colostrum, and carries the mothers antibodies to the baby.

Sphurti Paneer is the most common Persian and South Asian cheese. It is an unaged, acid-set, non-melting farmer cheese made by curdling heated milk with lemon juice or other food acid. The process is similar to queso blanco, except that paneer does not have salt added.

Sphurti Shrikhand is an Indian sweet dish made of strained yogurt. It is one of the main desserts in Gujarati cuisine and Maharashtrian cuisine.The yogurt is tied and hung until all the water has drained off, the result being a thick and creamy yogurt. The main ingredients are sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron. Shrikhand is mainly popular in western India.

Sphurti Pure Ghee is made by simmering unsalted butter in a large pot until all water has boiled off and protein has settled to the bottom. The cooked and clarified butter is then spooned off to avoid disturbing the milk solids on the bottom of the pan. Unlike butter, ghee can be stored for extended periods without refrigeration, provided it is kept in an airtight container to prevent oxidation and remains moisture-free.

Sphurti Basundi is an Indian dessert. It is a dense sweetened paste made by boiling milk on low heat until the milk is reduced up to 1/3. Then a little sugar is added. Also the cardamom, and/or saffron may be added while serving. Basundi must served chilled, often garnished with slices of almonds and pistachios.
