Planetary mixers are available for 30, 45 & 60 m3/hr plants. Planetary mixers have one mixing star that rotates themselves while also rotating around a central point, allowing each mixer arm to cover the entire floor in few revolutions.

Thanks to pulsation free conveyance the thin- stream process is also suitable for manual spraying.

Sicoma twin shaft mixers are available for 45, 60, 90 & 120 m3/hr plants. Twin shaft mixers for handling aggregate size of 180 mm are also available. Sicoma’s Ni hard cast iron blades provide the fastest mixing and longest life. These Twin shaft mixers have Hydraulic powered discharge gate. High pressure washout system (available as optional item) with powerful pump and twin oscillating spray bars create powerful jets of water in the mixer to eliminate the worst chore.

Control cabin with AC is provided for all models of Mekaster batching plants. The control desk for manual operation of the batching plant & the computer for automatic operation of the batching plant are placed inside the control cabin.

• The Steel cage is designed to withstand all forces from the S.W.L, the wind effects and the dynamics from the vertical movement.
  
• The long sidewalls are covered by aluminum and wire mesh, the floor and roof are covered by skid resistant aluminum chequered plates.
  
• Entry and exit gates are electrically and mechanically inter locked during operation of the hoist.

• A four sided wire mesh ground enclosure with mechanical and electrical interlocked gates is standard factory supplied.
• It is only possible to open the doors when the hoist cage is in bottom position.
• However, to meet site requirement, Special ground enclosures can also be designed and supplied.
• The Standard ground enclosure for a single cage hoist can easily be transformed to a dual cage hoist enclosure, by adding wire mesh panels.

Cleaning of the machines is extremely simple and quick. Hopper and feeder drum swing open thanks to a rotating mechanism.
