Incepted in the year 1987, Melcon Controls Pvt. Ltd has established itself as an eminent manufacturer, exporter and supplier of electrical equipments like transformers, stabilizers, coils and several allied products. Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. Manoharan, we have carved a niche in this competitive industry. Quality Process at Manufacturing Unit: We have our stringent methods at each and every process of Production starting right from Purchase to Packing to make sure only products of highest quality leave our premises. Quality test/ Analysis Type of Tests: We perform all necessary test procedures to make sure the performance of our products or at its best. We also perform any custom procedures as per customer requirement Time Period of Test: Every single product undergoes both preliminary test in semi finished stage and final testing at the final stage thoroughly. Except for few tests like Heat run test are done once in a lot or batch. Quality Standards:
