 | MCW MIG / MAG CO2 Semi Automatic Welding Machine We offer a wide range of MCW MIG / MAG CO2 semi automatic welding machine, which provide efficient performance at client's end. These are available in the following features:
- Constant voltage characteristics: Power source fully thyristorised full wave with voltage rage as low as 5 volts to the rated capacity
- Efficiency levels of more than 90 percent with no load loss less than 0.7 amps
- 100 % electrolytic copper wound ensures a long lasting power source
- Welding current and voltage can be controlled even during welding with a light weight remote control unit at the welding point and ensures easy operation for the welder and increase the productivity
- Pre-flow and post flow of shielding gas with burn back control ensures non contamination of the weld pool and crack formation at the weld end respectively with the help of self hold circuitry and crater control module. It helps in making the power source compatible for use with any suitable shielding gas or gas mixtures

invertor MIGMAG Welding Machine Our range of MEMIG MIG/MAG, CO welding are incorporated with semi automatic welding inverters IGBT technology with efficiency level of more than 0.2% amps. Further, our range is also designed with 100% electrolytic copper wound, which ensures efficient performance at client's end. In addition to this, our product is incorporated with a light weight remote control unit at the welding point, which helps in controlling welding current and voltage during welding. Further, our products are available with the following features:
- Pre-flow and post flow of shielding gas with burn back control ensures non contamination of the weld pool and crack formation at the weld end with the help of self hold circuitry makes the power source compatible for use with any suitable shielding gas or gas mixtures
- CO2 flow meter with regular and heater assembly with cored 5 meters length to work on isolated 110V supply from the power source
