About Us

From inception in 1995, we at Menaka Cotton Mills have identified high performance Outerwear as a prime area of focus. We are now the only Company in India equipped to produce Micro Fleece fabric in finished widths upto 96 (244cm), in weights ranging from 200 GSM to 450 GSM. Our entire production is exported globally.

We have earned a reputation in global markets as a high quality outsourcing partner for Polar & Micro Fleece, both for high quality Garments and Blankets. Our fabric made from the finest yarn is the basis for that reputation.

And to maintain that reputation we have a well-knit team of over 300 skilled and well trained personnel and a manufacturing setup and working systems to match International Standards. We are a modern, quality conscious production unit with a total commitment to customer satisfaction and also a socially responsible, equal opportunity employer.

Infrastructure

We use the best quality yarn and proven manufacturing techniques to produce Micro Fleece fabric that matches the best in the world. Our plant is fully integrated with in-house facilities for knitting, dyeing processing, finishing and production of Garments and Blankets as listed below :
1. Automatic Circular Knitting Machine 42" Dia/20 Gauge
2. High quality soft flow Dyeing Machine
3. Computerized Double Drum Raising Machine
4. Computerized Shearing Machine
5. Wider width Stenter capable of special finish by Pad/ Cure Process as required
6. Large In-house Cutting, Stitching & Finishing facility for garments
7. Well equipped inspection laboratory and established QC Systems.
8. Own Effluent Treatment Plant.
9. Full fledged Stitching & Finishing equipment for Garments, Blankets
10. Captive facilities for printing , embroidery, die-embossing.
