Polar Fleece is often called the ‘Wonder Fabric’ of the Twentieth Century. This unique and versatile fabric, a lower cost and yet premium performance alternative to wool, is available in its best form as Micro Fleece, for the first time from India, from Menaka Cotton Mills.

From inception in 1995, we at Menaka Cotton Mills have identified high performance Outerwear as a prime area of focus. We are now the only Company in India equipped to produce Micro Fleece fabric in finished widths upto 96” (244cm), in weights ranging from 200 GSM to 450 GSM. Our entire production is exported globally.

We have earned a reputation in global markets as a high quality outsourcing partner for Polar & Micro Fleece, both for high quality Garments and Blankets. Our fabric made from the finest yarn is the basis for that reputation.

And to maintain that reputation we have a well-knit team of over 300 skilled and well trained personnel and a manufacturing setup and working systems to match International Standards. Our manufacturing facility is located at Theni, 65 Km west of Madurai, the nearest airport, in a State with a vibrant and rich textile tradition going back thousands of years. Our location also offers easy access to a large pool of educated and highly skilled labour.

Our nearest port, Tuticorin is just 150 Km away. It is among the most efficient container ports in India and very close to International East-West shipping lanes.

We use the best quality yarn and proven manufacturing techniques to produce Micro Fleece fabric that matches the best in the world. Our plant is fully integrated with in-house facilities for knitting, dyeing processing, finishing and production of Garments and Blankets as listed below :
