Vimala along with talented designers aid in understanding clients’ specific requirements and produce designs that are original and unique. All our creations are exclusively designed keeping in mind the colors and combinations of the season. We have a well equipped in-house design sampling department which helps us in developing prototype patterns & samples and grading all requisite size garments.

With quality as our forte, we are resolute to maintain highest standards of quality in our production unit. Sourcing of the yarn and each aspect of production is carried out under expert supervision in furtherance of our quality standards. We procure raw materials from the standard suppliers and implement various quality checks like Fit Sample Check and Size Set Check. We also make sure that the fabrics we use like :polyester, viscose & lycra meet quality standards with proper dimensional stability, color fastness, shrinkage control and uniform dyeing. Once the raw materials pass all these tests, they are then adopted for manufacturing optimum quality products.

Empowered with a sound production unit, we are well equipped with latest hi-tech designing machines and sophisticated technology. We continually upgrade our machines and improve our proficiency in this high growth sector. Our production facilities are vertically integrated to facilitate all the processes involved in garment manufacturing like: fabric cutting, fusing, finishing or packing. We are also well equipped with capacious warehouse & modern packaging unit. It facilitates us in storing voluminous stocks to meet varied demands of our clients. Our experienced personnel ensures that the products are packed in superior quality and durable packaging material. We are one the few names in this industry who are capable of delivering over 1000 garment piece per month.
