Merind has CNC machineries with both Turning center and VMC and produces a wide range of components ranging from ,electrical industries , automotive industries like water pumps ,oil pumps , starter body , alternator body and aluminum castings along with machined components to BOSCH , MICO , VISTEON , EBM NADI ,DELCO REMY , UCAL and many other Overseas customers.
In 1995, Merind diversified into exporting high precision engineering components to Singapore and Germany.
In 2000, Merind diversified into manufacturing automotive water pumps and oil pumps to cater to the Indian replacement market under the brand name "MIC".
MICO, a leading Auto-electrical company in India (a subsidiary of BOSCH, Germany) is sourcing its high precision aluminium components from Merind.
MERIND Die Cast Private Limited, a Small Scale Industry was incorporated in 2003 by C. G. Mercylin, the founder of MERIND Group.
It utilises Pressure Die Cast Machines with 400 ton capacity and can handle upto 2 kilos per shot of aluminium components.
The moulds are scientifically maintained with Die-cast records to increase the die life by 30%. This was highly appreciated by our client MICO (BOSCH).
MERIND Die Cast Private Limited exports its products to Singapore, Germany, Malaysia & USA.
Merind Die Cast Private Limited has got its own Quality Assurance department in the factory premises.
We are also engage in the manufacture and sale of Automotive Water Pumps for the replacement market sales in India and the USA.
