We manufacture various types of buffer springs with good hardness and resistance to both high and low temperature. These type of buffer springs are mainly used into automobile industries, motorcycles and electrical appliances. We can also manufacture springs as per given specifications.

Used primarily in the electronic component industry we make air coils and copper connections within the range 1mm to 4.5mm. We also manufacture all kinds of connectors, wiring harness, clips, clamps and brackets, contact welded parts for Electrical Industries-Rivet Pins, Hedge Pins and press parts in Spring Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Phosphorous Bronze Wire.

These are a type of torsion spring, because the wire itself is twisted when the spring is compressed or stretched. These springs are made in this way so that under compaction the coils are not forced against each other, thus permitting longer travel.

Taper springs are designed to longer under load. Springs are usually made out of hardened steel and are coated to make them rust free.

We manufacture tension springs with virtually any type of loop, or special type ends with our automatic coiling and looping facilities. Springs can be supplied with machine loops, full cross loops or special extended loops.

We offer to our customers superior quality compression springs that can be wound in constant or variable pitch along their length and can be straight, conical or have variable diameter. Our wire ranges are from 0.15 mm to 4.00 mm diameter and can be round, square or rectangular wire.

These springs are designed to be twisted rather than compressed or extended and can be used in:

Our wireforms are made from round wire or special section wire in a size range of 0.15mm to 4.00 mm wire diameter. These wireforms run on our multislides. We have the capability of providing the clients with bulk production quantities.
