Expandable Graphite is a single Non-Halogenated, Eco-Friendly and Cost-effective Flame Retardant additive for the Polymer and Rubber products. Our products have great acceptability especially in the Rubber products, PU Foam and Latex Foam industry.
We manufacture expandable graphite for various applications mainly classified into:
1) Flame Retardants
2) Packing & Nuclear applications
3) Insulation
4) Lubricants.
We cater to various industries for different applications. The advantage of our flame retardants is that they are non-halogenated, non-toxic, environment friendly and comply with stringent specifications and the RoHS norms. They do not emit any toxic gases & have anti drip property with less weight loss compared to other flame retardants. The products can be used with no or very few modifications in existing setup & with no change in the end product properties.

Our strength is our strong Research & Development Centre where we continuously develop new applications as per the customer requirements & continuously upgrade the existing products for excellent quality and uniqueness. Research Papers on various applications are published by our R& D.
We also have well equipped Quality Assurance Laboratory with ultra modern scientific equipments for testing quality of products. We follow the GLP and use statistical QC techniques and also have in process testing facility. All semi finish and finish products undergo strict quality check so as to assure 100 percent quality material and consistency. Our products are certified as APPROVED QUALITY PRODUCT (AQP) by some of our overseas customers thus ensuring dependability on our products. On agreement we also provide exclusive product grades to our customers so as to protect their technology.
