PVC/ PP/ LDPE/ EVA Additives Our concern is actively producing additives specifically for PVC/PC/PP/PE/LLDPE/EVA application. These additives are facilitated with product grades such as EAT - 220, EAT - 220 HE, FF - 80. These grades can be expanded from 55 cc to 100 cc per gram. These additives are used for manufacturing Flame Retardant products like:
- Electric switches
- Electric/Electronic Panel
- Electric/Electronic instruments
- Plastic products and all other polymer based products
Our flame retardant products certainly pass all international flame retardant tests such as, UL - 94 test with V-0 rating.

Covering Compounds Additives The insulating compounds are actually used for covering the casting risers to confine shrinkage cavities to safe level in riser. The hot topping compounds is added on the surface of liquid metal and then it burns immediately. Later on it forms an insulating and porous crust and therefore heat loss due to radiation is minimized. The powder spreads evenly on the liquid surface. The crust so formed is powdery in nature and the fumes are very low. It requires less powder as it has good expanding properties. This actually helps to maintain the metal in liquid state for longer time so that feeding to the casting is more efficient.
The temperature required for liquid steel in the riser is maintained very well. The rate of cooling of liquid metal in the riser is longer due to high insulation properties of the insulating compounds. In precise, the insulating compounds keep metal more hot in riser area for a long time for efficient feeding so as to eliminate casting rejection due to shrinkage, porosity, piping etc. and casting produced are sound and pressure tight. Nozzle Staring Compounds Additives The insulating compounds are used as covering for the casting risers so as to increase the feeding efficiency of the riser And also at the same time confine the shrinkage cavities to safe level in riser. When nozzle starting compounds are added on the surface of liquid metal, this helps to keep the metal in liquid state for longer time so that feeding to the casting is more efficient. The temperature of liquid steel in the riser is maintained properly. The insulating compounds keep metal more hot in riser area for a long time for efficient feeding. It is done so as to avoid casting rejection due to shrinkage, porosity, piping etc. and casting produced are sound and pressure tight.
