This welding sets gives stable welding even in noisy power conditions. The electronic circuits arc so designed that it can work well in the inappropriate conditions. The PCB is plug-in type incorporates a solid state reliable motor drive and electronic brake. The ability to quick arc start results in higher production rate. The transformer, heart of machine is strip wound, double insulated and once heated externally for high reliability. It's wire feeder is light weight and connected to Power Source with three wire cable that is color coded for simple connection. The permanent ferrite magnet DC motor only one dynamic component of welder is a high quality part that does not need frequent carbon replacement. There are three specially designed separated connectors for switching, current & gas that keeps away the risk of gas leakage and loose connection as in combined torch connectors. In few words the RX series robust design gives superb performance and reliability.

High Pressure Grease Pump : Installed on 2 Wheels of easy portability, this model handles any grade of grease, with a working ratio of 50:1.
The air-operated grease rotary barrel pump can be directly mounted on a standard 200 kg barrel of any oil company, using the follower plate and drum cover. The rotary barrel pump can deliver 300 to 400 gm of grease per minute. The hose reel can be connected to the deliver side of the unit if required. Capable of developing a block pressure of 425 Kgf/cm", the pump has a working ratio 50:1.
Oil Pump : This model can be mounted on a standard 200 kg oil drum. The pump can deliver upto 14 liters of oil per minute at a pressure of 35 Kgf/cm2. A compensating vessel at the outlet of the unit reduces fluctuations in the oil output. A bung adaptor is provided to fix the pump to the barrel top and a hose reel can be connected to the deliver side of the pump if required.
Oil Transfer Pump : This is used to transfer any grade of oil from barrel to another container at 20 - 25 litres of oil per minute and a working ratio of 1:1
