About Us
Established in the year 2006, Metal Craft is a young and dynamic firm actively engaged in manufacturing and exporting of a range of components and spares for automotive and industrial plants. The wide range of our products encompass automobile component, compressor spares, E.B. spares, clamps, connectors, power tiller spares, pump casting and printing machine spares (using Gravity die casting, No bake and sand casting methods)

Strategically located in Coimbatore, we have the capacity to manufacture around 5 to 6 tons per month to meet the heavy industrial demands. Focusing on our future goal of expanding our markets at the domestic as well as overseas front, we have the ability to manufacture all kinds of castings as per the specific requirements of the customers and their industry.

Founded by Mr. Victor Paul an Engineering Graduate who is having 20 years of experience in iron and aluminium castings, we have made an indelible mark for ourselves within a short span of time.


Our Product Assortment
To manufacture such a diverse product range, we are using a number of raw materials such as LM4, LM6, LM 24, LM 25 and Commercial Grade materials. All of these are procured from local suppliers in Chennai and Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, India. We use methods like sand casting and gravity die casting for making our castings that have come to be known for their dimensional accuracy. Customers have the leverage to get each of our casting products customized to suit their requirements. Our variegated array comprising automobile component, compressor spares, E.B. spares, clamps, connectors, power tiller spares, pump casting and printing machine spares are applicable in a host of industries such as:

Customization Facility
Our tailor made products meet the specific requirements of clients and are directed towards achieving complete client satisfaction. Working in tandem with the customers, our personnel are able to identify the requirements of the clients and work on it. The results are highly satisfying as they match the client's needs and specifications. We have succeeded in custom manufacturing our products in compliance with customers and custom package them as per their need to protect against wear and tear during the transit stage.

Striding ahead under the guidance of our experienced founding members, our personnel are contributing remarkably for the success of the company. All of our personnel are trained at our company to keep them in step with the technological up gradations at our premises.


Competent Infrastructure


We have a highly sophisticated manufacturing unit that is equipped with the requisite tools and equipments for carrying out the different casting methods. Spread over 3000 sq. ft area, our plant has facilities like CAD and CAM apart from our departments for:

  • Die casting
  • Sand casting
  • Pore shop
  • Fettling


These departments work in synchronization with each other to achieve an annual target of more than 60 lacs, with a monthly production capacity of 5 to 6 tons/ month. The various machines that aid us in quickening our pace include:

In-Depth Quality Analysis:
In order to achieve complete quality in all our products, we have a definite quality management system in place. Each batch of finished products is thoroughly tested on various parameters before they are sent further for production. We have quality inspectors who maintain a stringent check on the entire process for production. The various tests that we conduct at our in house testing facility are:
  • Spectro test (For raw materials , Will be done in outside lab)
  • Temperature pyro-meter (For Metal Temperature Checking)
  • Radiography test (For Die casting, We do test in Contract basis )


Additional Facilities
We have a capacious warehouse to store our finished products in voluminous quantities. Spread over 3000 sq. ft., our store house can hold materials in bulk to meet urgent client requirements. Each batch is kept under labeled sections so as to prevent confusion during the transit stage. The stored products are packed in wooden packs and corrugated boxes to prevent wear and tear of rusting during the delivery period. These packed boxes are then delivered using secure logistics channels within the stipulated time frame.
