Copper strips are manufactured from highly conductive ETP and DHP grade copper. They offer great resistance to corrosion. They are ideally used in applications where the salt content in the soil is very high. With a width of 100mm - 300mm, they are available in size of 1ft. X 1 ft. - 2 metre x 2 metre, 8' x 4'. Functioning of Copper Bus Bars & Profiles Bus bars & profiles are extensively used in low voltage distribution, high current & control equipment. The applications of bus bars & profiles include low and medium voltage switchgear, bus-way systems, panel boards, switchboards and many others. It feeds to the heavy electrical uses in various commercial & industrial buildings as plating cells and feeder systems.

Bus bars that are made from copper are preferred over aluminum bus bars,electrical bus bars because of the better electrical conductivity that copper bus bars offer. It is due to the greater electrical conductivity of copper, which enable installers to use smaller bus bars if they are made of copper.

Moreover, when it comes to the higher current requirements, copper bus bars are preferred. Copper bus bars contains better inbuilt resistance against corrosion than aluminum bus bars, thus making them apt to withstand all weather conditions including wet, dirty etc.

Elbows


Available in 90 and 450 angles, our elbows are perfect fitment for angular joints changing the direction of the pipe and have a close radius to fit in the tightest possible space. Many other varieties are available for specific requirements.

U-Bends

Ideal for compact applications, our U-bends are used to accommodate the return flow of the coolant, providing a 1800 turn in a much smaller space. We manufacture both expanded as well as plain U-bends for condensers and evaporators.

Couplings

We offer couplings in various dimensions, which are used to connect two pipes of different diameters as well as to joint two identical size tubes together.

Tee

Tee is a fitting in the shape of a 'T' where the top of it is the continuous pipe run and the vertical section is a branch connected to it. Tees offer multiple options and used in a variety of applications. We offer varieties of Tees multiple dimensions like one end having smaller diameter and cross tees, which are used to connect four tubes or a threaded Tee when the vertical section of it has female threads.
