Magnetic Pumps Our range of magnetic pumps are corrosion resistant to a wide range of chemical solutions including acids, alkalies and caustics . There is no seal wear, leaking or squeal and no seal friction to cause loss of pumping power. The only moving parts inside the pump volute are the impeller magnet assembly and the bushing which rotates on the pure ceramic spindle. Ultrasonic Cleaning Ultrasonic cleaning involves the use of high-frequency sound waves to remove a variety of contaminants from parts immersed in aqueous media. The contaminants can be dirt, oil, grease, buffing & polishing compounds, and mold release agents. Materials that can be cleaned with our ultrasonic cleaning include metals, glass, ceramics, etc. It is mostly used in the metal industry for removing chips and cutting oils from cutting and machining operations, removing buffing and polishing compounds prior to plating operations, and cleaning greases and sludge from rebuilt components for automotive and aircraft applications. Ultrasonic cleaning is powerful enough to remove tough contaminants, yet gentle enough not to damage the substrate. It provides excellent penetration and cleaning in the smallest crevices and between tightly spaced parts in a cleaning tank.
