Established in 2004, we Metawood Engineering System Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a wide range of industrial process equipment and heavy fabrication works. We manufacture these equipment as per latest international Code Viz ASME SECTION VIII. Divl & 2. PD 5500/DIN/AP1650, TEMA etc. manufactured using various grades of Mild Steel, stainless steel, alloy Steel and aluminum. Our entire range caters to the needs of various industries like petrochemical, petroleum, power plants, pharmaceuticals, chemical/biochemical and cement Industries spread in India & abroad. Apart from mentioned industries, we also serve small and large scale engineering organizations as sub-contractors for their requirement of heavy fabrication and other allied manufacturing operations. With the integrated efforts of our agile workforce and sound infrastructure we have successfully accomplished many projects in the domestic market and also in international market.
For manufacturing quality range of products, we have developed two manufacturing units of 55,000 square feet & 15,000 square feet with production capacity of approx. 700 MT. per month. At these units we have all requisite machinery and tools that are in accordance with the international standards of quality. We have a team of quality analysts who ensures that stringent quality parameters are followed through out the process of production. Further, to add innovation to our range, we also have a R&D unit where we strive hard to find new and improvised method of production. Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. Chandravadan Doshi, we have carved a niche for ourselves. He has an extensive industry experience of 40 years and vast knowledge about the market, which helps us in successfully accomplishing many projects in the domestic market but also in International Market.
