	MEGA PLUS (Waste Water Decoloring agent)

MEGA PLUS is a quaternary cationic Polymer which is used for color removal for textile, dyeing industries and light color liquid from other industries.

Application:-

1. Decoloring agent, COD decreasing
2. Mainly used for color removal for dense color waste water from dyestuffs plants, suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dyestuffs
3. Can also be used to treat waste water from textile industry and dye houses, pigment industry, printing ink industry and paper industry.

Usage:-

1. Dilutes with 10 - 40 times water and then dosed into the waste water directly, after being mixed for several minutes, waste is precipitated or air-floated and the water become clear

2. pH index of the waste water should be adjusted to 7 - 8 for better result

3. If colority and COD are relatively high, it can be used with the help of poly aluminum chloride to reduce treatment cost, whether poly aluminum chloride is used before or afterwards depends on the flocculation test and the treatment process

Storage:-

1. Can be stored at room temperature, cannot be placed in the sun, within a temperature range of 10 – 30 deg C

	Microflock-90 (Cationic Coagulent)

MICRO FLOCK -90 is a colour removal Chemical, the first of its kind in India, which removes colour of waste water generated by Textiles Process Houses and Dyes Industries. It is medium. Molecular weight Organic Coagulants, an in house development, is in response to a pressing market need. These coloured effluents, generated by the industries, when left untreated, play havoc with reusable water resources. For process house in water scare areas, it comes as a heaven send facilitating recycling of the Industrial effluent into process water.

Flocculation And Settling:

During this stage dyes or colour waste water shall be treated by the pH adjustable chemicals like Sulphuric Acid, Hydro Chloric Acid, Lime, PAC etc.With Micro Flock-90 as a Organic Coagulants. Colour in a colloidal form is removed from the clarifier in the form of a thick sludge by the sedimention.Clear colourless water is further treated in the second stage.

	Polyelectrolyte

MECA FLOCK POLYMERS : MF Polymers are water soluble, synthetic flocculants of high molecular weight based on Polyacrylamide. MF Polymers flocculants are also co-polymers of acrylamide with acrylic acid and acrylic esters. MF Polymers are available in powder & jelly form as Non-Ionic, An Ionic or Cationic type. MF Polymers flocculant can be extensively used to increase the state of aggregation of suspended solid particles in any aqueous system to facilitate their removal. In many industrial process, municipal water treatment plants and sewage treatment plants, one encounters very finely suspended particles, which are extremely difficult to remove. MF Polymers flocculants can address this problem quite efficiently. MF Polymers can either be used alone or in combination with inorganic primary coagulants like aluminum sulfate, lime, ferrous sulfate etc. It can be used efficiently in a wide range of applications, particularly for waste water:

Properties:

Weigh exactly 0.25 gm of product.
While stirring add very slowly 0.25 gm of MECA FLOCK.
Continue stirring till all granules are dissolved till homogeneous solution is formed.
