We are a private limited company registered under the companies act of 1956 having its registered office at Netaji Subhash Marg, New Delhi. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of Polyurethane Foam at Ghaziabad, U.P. The company owns the factory plot measuring 10000 square meters & is on the prime location of the industrial area. The covered area is approx. 72000 sq ft. The paid up capital of the company is 1 crore. The company is governed by its board of directors. It is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company.

The company is having imported & indigenous plant for the manufacturing PU foam. The investment in plant & machinery is of Rs. 10 crores. The company has complete mattress manufacturing line i.e. Foam manufacturing, quilting machine, edge taping machine etc. The company has also contour cutting machine which can cut the foam in any shape & design.

Apart from manufacturing Polyurethane Foam (Sheets & Cushion), Re-bonded Foam, Moulded Foam, Pillows & Sofa-cum-Bed, the company is into the manufacturing of the most durable, comfortable, cost-effective and healthy mattresses. The various models being:

The company is manufacturing flexible & moulded polyurethane foam. The major consumer of this product is in housing industry basically for mattress, cushion, pillow & bolster. An exclusive sofa cum bed in various sizes has a great market. The industrial application is in shoe industry, textiles, lamination & automobile industry. The company also caters these industry directly. The moulded foam is being supplied to secondary market. The company is also utilizing its waste by converting it into prime material. The basic use of the product is for sound insulation and quality mattress. The company has a very sound infrastructure for the manufacturing of quality covered mattress. Apart from other exclusive models, the company is into the manufacturing of the world class spring mattress (SPRIMAX) in different sizes & thickness.

Apart from the sound dealership network, the company is directly supplying mattress, foam & other products to the big names such as:

• Kurlon Ltd.: Kurlon is outsourcing its 3 different models from us being supplied to all over India.
• Usha Lexus: All the requirements of the mattresses is undertaken by us
• Corfom India Ltd.: They are outsourcing rebonded foam from us
• The major hotels, guesthouses & resorts such as Combermere (Shimla), Hotel Himland (Shimla), Manali Heights (Manali), Sterling Resorts (Manali), Park Residency (Manali), King Kastle(Gurgaon), Ahuja Residency (Gurgaon), The YMCA New Delhi, Hotel Big Boss Pvt. Ltd. (Kolkata) are some of the properties being supplied with mattresses and other furnishing requirements.

The companies turnover of 40 crores in the year 2006-2007 is achieved by a work force of 140 employees.The growth rate is above 30% every year which has increased the profitability & reserves of the company. The company has its own brand name  "WEKARE FOAM". which is registered under the trademark & copyright act.
