Gangsaw is made up of high quality steel and has four columns well connected and welded with cross beam to ensure high stability in resisting mechanical thrusts. The blade rack frame accommodates the tension of the diamond blades during the cutting process. The blade rack is moved by double connecting rods which are placed at the both ends of blade rack which ensures that its movement remains perfectly rectilinear without any deviation even when more blades are on one side of rack and the block are of varying sizes. The main advantage of double connecting rod is that all energy and mechanical force toward the blade rack are evenly spread. The battery unit consists of ultrasonic tested shaft of 280 mm dia mounted an heavy duty bearings which are enclosed in steel pedestals duly stress relieved. Both ends of the shaft are connected with alloy steel shafts to run connecting rods. Good quality cast iron flywheel is mounted on the shaft. The electric motor activates the flywheel via transmission pulley. The surface contract area of motor shaft is too small and its speed too high for a direct connection with the flywheel.

To control the smooth lifting of weight best quality Electromagnetic Brakes are attached. These industrial overhead cranes are forked revolving hooks made up of forged steel in the Block. The wire rope used is of Usha Martin make ( 6 x 37) construction. The independent Push button Control Unit controls the entire electric operation. Accident free cross & lifting operation is ensured by the Limit Switches.

the sedimentary tank recycles the slurry mixed water & supplies crystal clear water to the machines. This enhances the functioning of the machines leading more production and high tool life. It also keeps the environment clean by reducing water pollution.

slurry mixed water from the machine is collected in a underground tank. This water is then chemically treated by injecting chemical through dozing pump for separating water from slurry. Now, this chemically treated water is pumped through heavy duty slurry pumps into the conical tank. Here the slurry settles down in the cone of tank and clear water overflows into another tank which supplies clear slurry free water to machine. The deposited slurry in conical tank is then removed through a sluice valve at the bottom of tank directly into tanker that disposes the slurry at prescribed site in order to maintain pollution free environment.
