We fabricate a range of soda and soft drink making machines for glass bottles. Our machine is capable of making approximately 5000 bottles per shift(that is of eight hours). The different components are:

• Pump - This pump is single acting piston pump that has a capacity to pump approx. 450 liters per minute. It functions with the help of pulley that is connected to a 1 HP motor. A series of non-return valves helps in feeding the pump water into carbonator.
• Pressure Regulating Valve: It is an essential part of the machine and helps in ensuring that a fixed pressure of Co² is fed into the carbonator. It can also be adjusted for various pressures as per the kind of soda/soft drink being made.
• Carbonator: It is made from stainless steel and houses a shower and series of SS plates. We mix gas as well as water in this tank. The shower and special SS plates inside ensure that the water passing through it is saturated thoroughly thereby ensuring optimum carbonation.
• Filling Head: We fit a crown cork inside the head and the bottle is kept on the bottle table. When the lever is lifted soda passes into bottle through a filling valve. A sniftering valve helps in eliminating the air inside the bottle. The lever is released and the foot pedal is pressed when the bottle is filled.
• Stand: Made from high quality cast iron, the stand is durable and yields a longer life. On this stand, the other components like carbonator, pump, filling head and motor are fitted.
• Motor: We offer our range of motors that are 1 HP single phase or thee phase motors. Our motors are 960-RPM motor.

We offer an array of soda & soft drink making machines for PET bottles of any sizes. Our machines is “MGI” counter pressure filler system that is pneumatically operated and is available with 2 or 4 filling heads. Our range of machine is compact and can be easily installed in a comparatively small space. The production of the machine is 45-50 dozen bottles of 500ml size per hour, depending on the dexterity of the operator. The different components of this machine are:

• Pump, Carbonator & Regulator:Highly efficient and durable, our range of pump feeds a stainless steel carbonator. This carbonator is used for better mixing of gas and water. This carbonator comes with special construction that helps in ensuring that the water passing through it is saturated automatically. This machine also comprises of a regulator that monitors the pressure of Co2 gas and also protects the carbonator from high pressure. This machine also comes with a safety valve placed on the regulator. This valve releases excess pressure developed into the atmosphere.
• Counter Pressure Filler Tank: The counter Pressure Filler Tank helps in the flow of soda from Carbonator. This filler tank comes with counter pressure valves and also with an arrangement for holding 2/4 bottles at a time.

The various accessories available with this product are: set of spanners, screw driver and oil can, extra set of washers, service instruction and spare parts manual. Whereas, the various optional accessories that are offered by us: air compressor, filter, regulator & lubricator of air compressor, chilling plant, syruper for soft drinks.

We design and fabricate a range of brushing units that are used for cleaning bottles. This unit is assembled on stainless steel base plate with a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) cover. This cover protects a ¼ HP I Phase 230 V 50 Hz motor that is connected to two stainless steel shafts with pulleys and V-belts. The maintenance of these machines can be done by greasing, V belt tightening and general cleaning. This unit must be mounted on the center of a cement/stainless steel/plastic tank of height 2.5 – 3 feet. The size of the tank depends on the space availability and the number of bottles to be washed. The brushing unit thus mounted has two brushes extending on one side and two brushes on the other. Therefore two people standing on opposite sides on the tank can at once clean 4 bottles.

We fabricate our Bottle Rinsers in a range of 12 or 24 bottles. This rinser comprises of a stainless steel pipe and tray. This rinser helps in rinsing of dust particles or soap water from the bottles. Our range of machines require very little maintenance.

• The Rinser is available for 12 or 24 bottles
• It can be fitted on top of a cement/stainless steel/plastic tank
• The Rinser consists of a Stainless Steel pipe and tray
• The Bottle Rinser is connected to a water source like overhead tank. The ball valve on the machine is in closed position. 12/24 Bottles are kept up side down in the 12/24 Rubber cups provided. Then the ball valve is opened. Water jets into each of the bottles. The bottles are thus rinsed of dust particles or soap water, the rinsed water falls back into the tank and can be filtered and re-pumped. Approximately 24/48 bottles can be rinsed per minute.
• If there is no overhead tank, the rinser can be supplied with a pump.
• The pump need not be switched on & off every time the bottles are changed. A by pass system with a non-return valve ensures that the pump does not get overloaded.

Our range of sand water filter tank is made of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP). This material is suited for water filtration tanks and is very strong and rigid. Manufactured from superior quality materials, our tanks have a longer life, are corrosion resistant and do not require any painting. This unit consists of the dome, main body and the base flange. We offer quartz stones of two sizes with these tanks. The other components provided with these tanks are: a system of pipes and ball valves.

Our filters help in thoroughly cleaning of water and removing visible dust particles and finally particles up to 10-micron size. The maintenance of the filter consists of periodical backwash, changing of the activated carbon layer after a fixed time and change of the 10-micron cartridge. The frequency of back wash and changing depends entirely on the quality & contamination of water. Our range of sand water filters are capable of yielding 400-500 liters of water per hour.

We also offer an array of ultra violet water filters that that consists of 3 filter systems in one. The water is not stored in the filter and passes out of the systems automatically. We dispatch this unit in pre-assembled condition so that there are no installation errors take place. In this ultra violet water filters, water is passed through ultra violet filter section that helps in eliminating microscopic pathogens such as bacteria and virus. This filter is offered in a capacity of 400-500 liters per hour.

We offer our range of gravity liquid filling machine that are perfect for filling accurate quantities of free flowing liquids like: water, milk, juice, syrups, oils, medicines, etc. Our machine is capable of filling any kind of glass or PET bottle up to its filling capacity. Made from stainless steel construction, our filling machines do not require any power supply for operation and also occupy very less space.

Our machine is easy to operate and can be operated by even the unskilled workers. These filling machines are capable of producing around 16 bottles/minute. Our range of liquid mixer comes with a fan blade at the bottom. These mixer are used for stirring/mixing liquids like juices, syrups, curd etc. These mixer find their application in rubber, chemical and other industries where a homogeneous mix of the liquid is critical to product quality. This machine is capable of capping the bottles within 4-5 seconds. Our machine assure our clients of evenly tightening of the bottles. This machine is capable of capping around 10 bottles per minute.

We also offer a range of Twist Off Lug Cap Sealing Machine that is light in weight and is compact. Our sealing machines are pneumatically/manually operated machine and are portable in nature. These bottles are used for capping bottles of pickles, jam, sauces, juices etc. in different sizes. These machines are easy to operate and require minimum maintenance. We have for our clients aerosol filler that is compact and requires very little space for installation. This machine fills gas in containers/bottles of max. height 200 mm and max. diameter 100 mm. Our product find its application in industries like perfumes, insecticides, mosquito repellents, lighter gases, oils, contact cleaners, pharmaceuticals etc.
