The Mica blocks obtained are of a very high quality. The workforce is highly skilled in the art of preparing the blocks from the crude mica.

Usage :- The blocks are especially suitable for usage as boiler guage glass gaskets and for AFM applications.

Specifications :- Sizes of these mica blocks range from the very rare OOEE Special to the more common # 6. The quality ranges from V1 to V7.

We also specialize in the manufacturing of Mica Splittings (Muscovite Splittings).

Usage :- These Mica Splittings are used in the manufacturing of Micanite.

We bring for our clients a range of Mica Insulators that have been designed by experienced technocrats and mica experts. These mica insulators are fabricated from premium quality mica and find their application in various appliances. These mica insulators are available in various sizes and shapes as per the clients requirements.

We offer our clients with Mica Discs in different shapes and sizes. These mica discs are also available in different thicknesses. We are also capable of manufacturing mica discs as per given specifications of clients. The different shapes available are rectangular, square and round.

Our Mica  Plates  are  produced  from  natural  Muscovite  mica  splittings  bonded  with  polyester  or  silicone  resins.  The  controlled  low  binder  content  assures  a  throughly  cured  product  in  which  the  binder  will  not  ooze  or  flow  from  the  mica  structure. 

They  possess  excellent  flexibility  and  adhesiveness  to  permit  winding  or  wrapping  of  the  sheets  at  room  temperature  without  heating.

Mica Gauge Glass Gaskets are used as a liner to protect the gauge glass from caustic or high temperature liquids.

Metal casting foundries pour their melts through Mica Strainer Core to eliminate impurities and control the pour rate. Mica Strainer Core having 22 to 148 holes acts both as a choke and strainer during pour.

Mica Paper is manufactured from superior quality mica scrap as a principal raw material by calcined (thermo-chemical) and uncalcined (hydro-chemical) process in the form of continuous rolls. Mica Paper being an artificial mica-based reconstituted product, it retains the essential heat resistivity and electrical characteristics of natural mica. Furthermore, it is cost effective and more homogeneous having greater consistency of thickness and uniformity of properties.

The Mica scrap obtained as a by product in our mining operations. Both Green Muscovite and Ruby Muscovite Scrap are available with us.

Usage :- Mica Scrap is suitable for the manufacturing of Mica Paper and Mica Powder.

Specifications :- The mica scrap is screened on a 1/2 inch screen and impurities.

We produce wet ground mica in 60 mesh (250"m), 180 mesh (90"m) and 325 mesh (45"m) particle sizes, and dry ground mica in 20, 40 and 60 mesh particle sizes.

We manufacture & supply AFM  (Atomic Force Microscopy) Mica with highest qaulity grade V1 mica, 9.9mm diameter (.39”), .21mm (.0085”) thick, interleafed.
