Side Gussett Pouch
Side gusset pouches holds more volume in same width. Printing on the gusset portion delivers a better visual appeal for the pack from both the sides. Using laminate Side Gusset pouches has maximum sales impact through its packaging pouch design. These folds flat before filling. This means great savings on freight and storage space in Side Gusset pouches. It is environment friendly product, using 75% less plastic than a rigid container. Products are well protected by the various laminations, and the printing inks are sandwiched within the layers. Side Gusset pouches offer longer shelf life without refrigeration for food packaging.

PP/BOPP/LDPE Garment Bags
PP/BOPP/LDPE bags are widely used for garment packaging with Flexo & Rotogravure printing. PP & BOPP are mainly used in packing apparels that are kept for display. Printed Shopping Bags
Mico plast has a wide range of Flexographic / Rotogravure printing Press to print various designs on Shopping bags. We have Flexo printing presses from 2 colors up to 10 colors and top end Roto gravure press up to 8 color. These versatile presses have intrinsic qualities like high speed, fast setting, Better dot gain, reproduction and trouble free performance while printing resulting in high accuracy.

HMHD & LDPE Films and Bags
Low Density Poly Ethylene is a soft, low barrier, good clarity and the least expensive of all polymers in packaging film. LDPE are used for heavy-duty applications. Mico Plast has a wide range of high-speed extruders to produce mono-layer HMHD/LDPE rolls. The materials are extruded by the rotating Platform process, which ensures the uniform thickness of the film. On these Machines poly rolls of HMHD/LDPE with the width ranging from 4 inches to 48 inches and thickness from 20 microns to 200 microns can be extruded in transparent form and by using master batch colors. These products are extruded from virgin raw materials, hence these are recyclable and Eco friendly.
