It is solid fuel fired thermic fluid heater with 3-distinct pass of flue gases through the coil and shell heat exchanger placed directly above the furnace so as to have the direct heat. It is ideally suitable for the capacities up to 4 Lacs Kcal/hr and efficiency as high as 77 % is achievable due to direct heat above the furnace and higher combustion volume provided.

Vertical 4-Pass Thermic Fluid Heater: VTS SERIES (4 Lacs to 30 Lacs Kcal/Hr.)

The Microtherm VTS series system is a forced circulation fully automatic thermic fluid heater in liquid phase with 4-distinct passes of the flue gases first pass through radiation coil and other 3-passes through the convection coil and shell assembly. The combined expansion tank ensures system pressure less and vapour less. Temperatures as high as 300 Deg. C. is achievable at near atmospheric pressure. Thee heaters are used plywood, laminates, textiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil refineries and salt industries.

Oil Cum Gas Fired Thermic Fluid Heater: MEX Series (0.5 Lacs to 30 lacs Kcal/Hr.)

It is a Horizontal 3-PASS oil cum gas fired unit suitable to fire FO/LDO/HSD or natural gas. It is compact and robust 3-Pass coil and shell heat exchanger assembly with pressure jet oil or natural gas step less modulation burner with all the safeties and fully automatic operation. This model is available from 0.5 Lacs Kcal/hr to 30 Lacs Kcal/Hr. capacity and works very efficiently (88%) with full safety (UV Cell & sequence controller provide) on natural gas and very suitable to burn the crude fuel like furnace oil due to unique OERTLI design burner with heaters provided to pre-heat the FO.
