We have domain expertise in offering an extensive range of Biological Safety Cabinet, which is available in three different modules. Our range meets the laboratory requirements for life science research, clinical or industrial applications. These are manufactured using stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance and excellent powder coating finish helps to prevent microbial or bacterial growth.
The three different modules offered by us are given below:
Class I Biological Safety Cabinet
Provides personnel and environmental protection
It is similar in air movement to a chemical fume but usually has a limited fixed work access opening and the exhaust air must be HEPA filtered, to protect the environment
Designed for general microbial research with low and moderate-risk agents.
The work zone, which type is much smaller than a chemical fume hood, is geared to working with biological whose process/ producers dictates the use of moderate amounts of volatile liquids, that are suitable for recirculation cabinets.
Class II Biological Safety Cabinet
The work is being done within the cabinet
The facility requirement based on bio safety levels
The location of the cabinet within the laboratory itself
Installation requirements of the cabinet
Exhaust/ supply system(s) to both the
laboratory and the cabinet, whether or not the cabinet is to be vented
Class III Biological Safety Cabinet:
Designed to work with bio safety level 4
Microbiological agents
Provides maximum protection to the
environment and the worker
A gas-light enclosure with a no opening
Completely sealed, viewing window
Access to the interior through a double-door pass-through interchange box (such as an autoclave) that can be decontaminated between uses
Reversing the process allows for safe removal of material from the Class III bio safety cabinet
