the rtd sensor should be connected to the instrument by proper cables to minimize errors due to cable resistance. For thermocouple sensor, compensating cable of proper type must be used.
Controller Controls plating thickness by controlling AH / AM of plating with accuracy of 0.01% saves material about 10% improves quality to great extent, stops plating & gives alarm to attend the operator after required plating is done. Buzzer Mute Facility is available.

The Digital Temperature Controller is available with the Probe of Titanium or Glass as per the requirement of the customer. It will indicate the temperature of the bath and control the temperature at the set point, set by the user.
The titanium probe is provided to sense the temperature of the bath. The probe is specially designed with the titanium metal to avoid the corrosion and increase the life of the probe.
Front Panel
Four Digit LED display to indicate the process temperature and set temperature. Push Button is provided on the front Panel to see the process temperature / set temperature on the four digit display. Cores and Fine Setting is provided to set the temperature to be controlled by pressing the set push button.
Back Panel
On the back side of the instrument 20 Ampere (10 Amperes - 2 Nos) Single Phase Industrial Socket is provided to connect the heater. Metal Connector is provided to connect the sensor.
The Microminus Digital Timer is specially developed to enhance the requirement of Electro plating Consumers. Two Digit & Three Digit Digital Timer is used to cut off the Rectifier after set time is over and give the Buzzer indication of completion of Time. Mute Facility is provided to stop the Buzzer. Re-set Facility is provided on the front to restart the plating.
This Rectifier is available for the rating of 80 Volt, 20 Ampere for the Lacquer Process. The ramping facility is provided in this machine to start from zero to reach the set voltage. It is operated on 230 Volt AC. Voltage and Current rating can be supplied as per the demand of the customer. Digital Volt Meter, Digital Ampere Meter and Digital Timer will be supplied with the rectifier.
Electronic Rectifier are available in the rating of 8Volt / 5 Ampere, 8Volt / 10 Ampere, 8Volt / 15 Ampere, 8 Volt / 20 Ampere and 8 Volt / 25 Amperes. These rectifiers can be used for Gold Plating and Hulcel Lab Testing.
The Facility is provided for controlling constant voltage and constant current through front knob. Digital timer is provided to give set time to the plating process.
How to Use: Set the current required to the plating process by setting the front Knob of current. The electronic rectifier will give pure DC current (Ripple Factor less than 1 %). Then after set the time by front thumbwheel switch and push the reset push button. The timer will start from 000 after the set time current will come to zero and buzzer will alarm. To switch OFF the buzzer press Mute Push Button.
Lacquer Rectifier
This Rectifier is available for the rating of 80 Volt, 20 Ampere for the Lacquer Process. The ramping facility is provided in this machine to start from zero to reach the set voltage. It is operated on 230 Volt AC. Voltage and Current rating can be supplied as per the demand of the customer. Digital Volt Meter, Digital Ampere Meter and Digital Timer will be supplied with the rectifier.
Single Phase and Three Phase Rectifier
