About Us

Micro Precission Private Limited is a well managed organization engrossed in manufacturing sheet metal components & providing services for CNC milling, tool designing and product designing. Incepted in 2002, we have been in this industry since past 5 years. With our wide vision and knowledge, our production mechanism has attained a reputed position. Our wide product & service range includes Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures (Weld Jigs), Gauges, Injection Moulds, Blow Moulds, Compression Moulds, Transfer Moulds, Pressure Die Casting (LPDC & HPDC), Plant Automation ( SPM'S), N. C. Programming, CNC Milling Tools & Product Design.

We have set up our own manufacturing unit with all the requisite facilities essential for the production process. We are also approaching for ISO 9001:2000 certification. Our design and development set up is fully equipped with all the designing software and skilled workforce, who can easily create designs which match the specifications of the clients.

Quality is an essential part of our manufacturing process and strict adherence to all the quality norms are considered in order to maintain the quality levels. We have framed our own quality policies and system guidelines in order to develop defect free products and also maintain the service quality. Our quality management system is scrutinized and audited by quality inspectors, who are expert in their domain and can easily carry out the inspection analysis. Our quality system includes:

Manufacturing Facility

We have set up our own manufacturing unit which is spread in an area of 1012.5 sq. mtr. Highly spacious and equipped with all the machines and mechanisms, we have separate departments for carrying out various designing and development facilities. We have CAD system for designing of sheet metal components with Uni graphics NX2 and NX4 and Catia V5 R14. We have also installed various machines like COSMOS- CBM6, DECKEL MAHO- DMG103 and DECKEL MAHO- DMG63.

Team

We have formed a team of industry specialists like designers, shop floor workers and service executives with an experience of 12 -14 years. Our team is highly proficient and possess wide experience and knowledge related to the production process. Our team continuously develops, designs and brings to practice the latest production techniques so that higher output can be achieved within less time. Each of our team member contributes to the productivity and output in order to cut down the cost of production.
