We are an emerging name in SPV module manufacturing, however owing to our quality oriented and we have been able to prove our mettle in this ever-competitive industry. Further, we employ and consult expert professionals in the field of SPV manufacturing to ensure cent percent client satisfaction.
We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, and are therefore focused on delivering only premium quality products. Further our PV modules are tested as per IEC 60904-1 by ETDC (STQC Directorate, Ministry of Information Technology, Govt. of India) to ensure client satisfaction. We possess an SSI registered manufacturing unit speread over an area of 12000 square feet, and our products are DGS&D approved.
We possess a highly efficient manufacturing unit at Peenya Industrial Area (Bangalore), India, which possesses an output capacity of 3 to 4 MW per year. Our future plans include expanding this output capacity to 10 to 15 MW per year.

Further, we possess a high scalable in-house design unit equipped with CAD/CAM design/research & development facility, which has enabled us to carry out a number of installatins across the country. Solar Photovoltaic Modules manufactured by us are of best quality. We use IEC certified TPT & Textured fast cured EVA with high thickness, textured toughened Glass, rigid anodized Aluminium Frame, high quality Junction Box and imported Edge Tape is used (edge tape is used instead of Silicon Sealant) Framing is done by press key method to give better aesthetic and use of Screw is eliminated in Module assembly.

Each solar silicon cell is tested and segregated into batches having identical electrical characteristics
This leads to achieve uniform out put of required Wattage, Voltage and FF Factors in the final product, namely the Solar Photovoltaic Module
Here the cells with poor electrical characteristics are separated and rejected
This leads to high productivity and eliminates unwanted reworks in later stages of assembly
As one bad cell among the 36 cells in a module will adversely, affect the power output of all remaining 35 cells
Strict vigilance is maintained to elimate bad cells in the initial stage of testing
The segregated batches of cells are cut to required sizes, with the help of an imported Laser Cell Scribing Machine, this machine uses Computerised Numerical Control System
Next, the cells are once again checked for cleanliness and aesthetics
Aesthetically bad cells are removed, and good ones are tabbed and stringed together using in house designed Jigs and Fixtures
Before moving to the next stage of Lamination process, a random pre-lamination check is made
This ensures and eliminates any mistakes that might have occurred during parameter setting in Cell testing unit, or those occurred due to human errors
Once the Stringing i.e. connecting of cells with bus bar is completed, the connected cells are put in between layers of Textured Fast Cured EVA, TPT and Textured Toughened Glass and Laminated.
After lamination each module is inspected visually, by our quality controllers, if any damage/breakage/cracks in any cell/piece of cell, then the module will be rejected.
Then 20 Micron rigid Anodized Virgin Aluminium Section framed on it with press key method with imported edge tape and Fixing Junction Box
Then checked in Sun Simulator Machine for each and every parameters and IV Curve is drawn for each module separately and packed in Carton Boxes.
Infrastructure
We have the state-of –the-art infrastructure spread over an extensive area of 12000 square feet. Our SSI registered manufacturing unit is equipped with CAD/CAM design/research and development, facility to deliver quality products. Further, we have different departments that work in coordination and deliver the requisites through a channeled approach. The manufacturing unit is outfitted with in-house design unit facility to support the overall process and ensure reliable and timely product deliverables.
