EOT Cranes/overhead cranes

We manufacture and supply optimum quality EOT Cranes/overhead cranes which find their applications in various industries for material handling.

Tapered plate design for joining the end carriages to the girders which ensures smooth flow of stresses
Box type construction for bridge girders
End carriages are incorporated with L.T. wheels machined out of En-8 forged blanks and mounted on 'L' type bearing housings with anti-friction bearings

HOT Cranes

Our premium quality HOT cranes are available with 100% radiography welded joints of bridge and end carriage. Our material handling cranes comply with ISS: 226 I or ISS: 2062 which ensures resistance to vibrations. The wheel assemblies of the crane are heat treated to achieve a special sorbatized structure up to a depth of 15-20 mm from the surface.

The gear reducers with double triple and quadruple reduction using rugged wide faced helicals allow it durable. Micro drive gear boxes are used in cranes that are made in a separate gear box, with unique sun and planet systems. This gearing system is fitted on the input side of main gear unit and pony motor with separate brake unit. Our heavy duty cranes are available with high quality brakes and have easy to use controllers which makes it user friendly.

Jib Cranes

Goliath Cranes

Backed by our sophisticated manufacturing unit we are able to supply optimum quality material handling goliath cranes which are available in single girder and double girder. Our cranes conform to IS 3938-1983 and IS 4137 standard with capacity range up to 50 tonne. Our goliath cranes are equipped with components such as forged steel wheels, l-type housing and anti-friction roller bearings. Squirrel cage/slipring motor, totally enclosed oil lubricated helical gearbox, thruster brakes, geared coupling, rope drum, etc are the main parts of the hoisting machinery.

Our material handling cranes are also available with cantilever arms and meet the specific dimensional clearance and technical requirements of our customer. We can also add more to the rigidity and strength with the box type girder construction.
