FBD Inflatable Gaskets functions like a cycle tube. when inflated, it seals the bowl and ensures proper sealing. It is being made up of Transparent Silicone Rubber. These gaskets are inflated by 6 - 10mm when 4 Kg pressure is applied. Midas Rubber & Plastic Products, offers it's wide range of O-rings from 3.0 mm ID to 600 mm ID from its 5000 single piece moulds. Midas Rubber's O-Rings are manufactured on a hydraulic press with tightly controlled temperature, pressure and time which ensures accurate dimensions, glossy finish, invisible flash line, properly post cured and absolutely defect free. These O-rings are also manufactured as per the dimensional tolerance specified by the customers and available from NBR, Neoprene, Butyl, Poly-acrylic , EPDM, Hapalon, Viton, Silicone Rubber or in any other rubber as per customers specification. We also manufacture Viton O-Rings upto 5000 mm ID or in any sizes through step moulding process which gives joint less O-Rings of dimensionally accurate and excellent workmanship and finish.

Midas Rubber, offers a wide range of silicone extruded door gaskets in more than 1000 different shapes and designs. ( In round and square types) Midas Rubber's extruded door gaskets (Autoclavable) gaskets are made from food-pharma grade pure silicone rubber which can easily withstands a temperature range of -80 C to 250C. Midas Rubber's extruded gaskets are available in square cross sections like 6mm x 6 mm, 8mm x 8mm, 10mm x 10mm, 20mm x 20mm, 25mm x 25mm etc etc..with OR without hollow. These gaskets are available in red, white, orange or any colour as per customer's requirement. We also undertake small and bulk order for these gaskets from 25 mtrs to 25000 mtrs. Midas Rubber's extruded gaskets are manufactured from fully automatic continuous curing system which ensures accurate dimensional properties, glossy surface finishes and aesthetically beautiful colours.

Midas Rubber's silicone rubber Sheets are made from the highest quality silicone rubber of FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 grade. These sheets are processed in high-pressure hydraulic moulding machines by accurately controlling the temperature and pressure, which ensures uniform physical properties of the sheets. Midas Rubber's silicone sheets are available in white, Red, or Orange or in any other colours as per the requirement of the customers. We also process Rubber sheets in transparent silicone rubber.

Silicone sleeves are used mainly for electrical applications. Midas rubber & plastic products, offers a wide range of silicone sleeves from 0.5 mm ID to 100 mm ID. Die electric strength of normal silicone sleeve is 22 KV/MM Ami's silicone sleeves are available in 16 different colours, as per the customers requirements and the same are manufactured by technologically advanced fully automatic microwave continuous curing system, which ensures uniformity, and totally controlled dimensions and glossy finish.

We manufacture silicone rubber sponge gaskets in different colours ( White, Red, Orange or any other colours as per customers requirements) different sizes, different shapes ( Round , Square, & Profile ) in different hardness ( 10 Shore A to 30 Shore A). These sponge gaskets are manufactured from technologically advanced fully automatic microwave curing system which ensures uniformity, and totally controlled dimensions and glossy finish silicone Sponge gaskets are also manufactured in STEP moulding process as per the customers requirements where the accuracy of dimensions are prime important and the edges are required very sharp.
