Centrifugal process pumps are commonly used to move liquids through a piping system. The fluid enters the pump impeller along or near to the rotating axis and is accelerated by the impeller, flowing radially outward into a diffuser or volute chamber, from where it exits into the downstream piping system.

Centrifugal process pumps are used for large discharge through smaller heads. We can offer centrifugal process pumps in Back Pullout design, which makes it very convenient in terms of maintenance. These centrifugal process pumps can handle liquids having temperature ranging from 50⁰ C upto 300⁰ C and are offered in Cast Iron, SS316/304, WCB, Bronze, Alloy-20 & Ni-resist.

A boiler feed water pump is a specific type of pump used to pump feed water into a steam boiler. The water may be freshly supplied or returning condensate produced as a result of the condensation of the steam produced by the boiler. These boiler feed pumps & hydraulic testing pumps are normally high pressure units that use suction from a condensate return system and can be of the centrifugal pump type or positive displacement type.

Typical Material of Constructions is CI with Manganese Bronze Impellers or SS body with SS Impellers. They are used for multi purposes like boiler feed service, high pressure testing, high head delivery, cooling service, handling chemicals, vapour / gas with liquids etc.

Hydraulic Testing Pumps are available either in Hand Operated type or motorized type. Hand Operated Pumps are available for testing pressure upto 1000 Kg/cm², in either MS/SS Body with SS Check Valves. These are very robust and are widely used for testing of pipelines, cylinders.

Every industry / Establishment face a problem of effective way of pumping the waste generated each day. It may be in the form of chemicals, large quantities of water, water with solid particles or for clearing a flooded basement. These sludge pumps and sewage pumps are available in external type having semi open / open impellers and submersible type with cutter facility which is ideal for pumping of soft solids mixed with water and have found their presence in Sewerage Boards.

They can also be directly coupled to an engine, mounted on a trolley and so are best suited to clear flooded basements during torrential rains and where there is no electricity. We can offer them in various materials of constructions like CI, SS, CI/SS (outer casing in CI but liquid contact parts in SS) and Teflon coated. The special features of these pumps are that they have non clogging impeller to handle suspended solids, back pull out design for easy maintenance, portable and are self priming. Moreover since they can be engine driven, it ensures mobility.

They find their applications for pumping of sewage water STP/ETP, Muddy water, dewatering foundations, polluted liquids, pumping bilges and liquids, storm water, pumping effluents from docks, ports, vessels and pits. Pumps with float switches are also used for tank cleaning applications.

High Pressure Pumps are widely used for applications which require pressure testing, pressure cleaning, and for equipments which require pressurized liquids. These pumps can be offered in Die Cast Aluminum, SS-316 contact parts or in Nickel Plated Brass Heads, with Ceramic or SS Plungers giving them a very long life as well as making them very safe to use.

The salient features being it using very less quantity of water but giving high pressure. Imported range of pressure pumps with various accessories like tornado / rotary guns with lances, slurry ejectors, sand blasting kits, drain/ pipe cleaning kits are also available which have a provision for chemical / detergent injection, which are widely used in Distilleries, Dairies, Food processing industries, Beverages, Pharmaceuticals etc.

Smaller version of pressure boosting pumps are also available which are mainly used of boosting pressure in showers, toilets ideal for homes, apartments and industries which require pressure only in specific areas. Some other areas of application are reverse osmosis, chemical injection, hydraulic testing, Vehicle washing, cleaning of heat exchangers, boilers, tankers, towers etc. Firefighting pumps are available on request.

Barrel Pumps are widely used in almost all industries for transfer of Diesel, chemicals etc We offer screw barrel pumps specially meant for transfer of viscous media, like Vaseline, paints, grease etc Pneumatic barrel Pumps, Flameproof Barrel Pumps and complete barrel emptying systems can be provided by us.

For smaller applications Hand operated diaphragm pumps in CI, S or PP can be offered for emptying barrels, most suitable for chemicals, alkalis, acids, petroleum products. Screw Pumps can be offered with Hoppers / Augers which is widely used for very viscous liquids.

They have found its presence in sugar Industries, Dairies, Paint Industries, Paper Industries for pumping of Paper Pulp, temperature having no bar. Food Grade items even like tooth paste can be pumped through these pumps without causing any contamination.
