Mihir Engineers was established in 1976. It was the first company in India to manufacture Round Bottle Shaped FRP Cooling Towers. This pioneering and eco-friendly concept was so unique and superior to the conventional wooden towers, that it was widely accepted by the Indian industry, large and small.
A trend setter in the field of the FRP Cooling Towers, the company to-date has installed and commissioned over 15,000 towers in the country and abroad for various cooling applications in the process industries, power plants and HVAC.
In pursuit of better and more efficient designs in FRP cooling towers, in 1992 Mihir Engineers collaborated with the world leaders in this field - GEA Polacel of The Netherlands. The result of this collaboration was the rectangular shaped CM series counter flow type 'Mihir Polacel FRP Cooling Towers'. These towers were manufactured using the latest technologies and computer based design techniques in engineering, over 5000 towers of various capacities are in operation in different fields of the industry.
In 2002 keeping with the tradition of pioneering high performance cooling towers, Mihir Engineers designed large capacity cooling towers with combination of FRP and RCC for Process Cooling and Power Plants
At Chhatral, near Ahmedabad in Gujarat, the company has a well-equipped manufacturing plant, managed by highly qualified and experienced managerial and technical staff, capable of manufacturing 1000 units of cooling towers annually.
Mihir Engineers Limited today operates an extensive service network all over India, through its branch offices at Ahmedabad, New Delhi and Chennai. The company with growth in newer fields is thinking ahead. Blazing a trail in the new millennium.
