MIKRONS® Twin Shaft Mixer and Multi shaft mixers
Dual Shaft High Speed Disperser are mixers that will disperse pastes far too heavy for single shaft Speed Dispersers in excess of 300,000 centipoises. This dual mixer is a two machine in one combining the dispersing action of a high speed shaft and disc impeller with the high shear action of the heavy duty open impeller

Wet Grinding & G-NXT Dry Grinding Series
MIKRONS production model batch attritors are suitable for grinding highly viscous material such as latex, chocolate, nut, paste, paint etc. A recirculation pump will be provided for discharging the end product from grinding chamber. This aids in accelerated and uniform attrition activity. A gear tilting assembly facilitates easy removal of agitator shaft for cleaning. All attritors are provided with quick release coupling and fluid coupling .

Nauta Mixer & Nauta Vacuum Dryer

The MIKRONS Conical Blender is a vertical conical screw blender which easily handles all types of powders including powder detergents. The rotating screw does not have a bottom support thereby eliminating any dead spots or difficult areas to clean. Discharge of material is fast and simple. Rotating with the mixing screw is a spray nozzle which allows the user to inject liquid ingredients into the batch. Materials of construction are carbon steel or stainless steel as required.

MIKRONS® Three Roll Mills have been designed to provide performance that meets or exceeds our client’s expectations and this has been achieved since 1985. The tensioning system in our MIKRONS TRM ensures a constant gap and ultimately a finer, more uniform particle size in the product and the gap is easily set with a single hand wheel for parallel roller adjustment. The roller tensioning system and constant gap adjustment provision makes it possible to use a variety of materials for the rollers. With the introduction of ceramic-based rollers, granite rollers ; metal contamination of the product during processing has been dramatically reduced.

MIKRONS® designs and fabricates Ribbon Blenders for mixing and blending powders from vitamin products to building products and liquid/solids from cheese based salad dressings to candy mixes, soap powders, quartz, sodium chloride, hydrocarbons.
Our Series starts at 5 litres for laboratory use to 10,000 litres for production processes. They are supplied with fixed and variable speed, with belt drives or electronic drives in standard or explosion proof enclosures, with single or double flight ribbons. Blenders are provided with helical ribbon blade
Models with heating/cooling jackets are also available in pressures of up to 100 psig.

Ploughshare® Batch Mixers are used in various process industries for mixing applications with products that include solids to solids, liquid to solids, and paste materials. Bead Mill/Sand Mill/Perl Mill

Horizontal Agitator Bead Mills grind particles with initial fineness of 1–20 micrometers down to 40–200 nanometers. In a closed vessel filled with grinding media, agitator shaft activates media, creating shearing and impacting forces. Rotation of agitator imparts energy to surrounding media. The shear force tears, or crush particulate matter. A media separator retains media in mill, while final product is evenly dispersed in liquid.

Typical applications for this type of submicron size reduction system include pharmaceuticals, polishing compounds, pigments, printing inks, paints, agricultural chemicals and magnetic coatings.

Our submerged mills are suitable for the treatment of low- to medium-viscous products of the paint, varnish, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
MIKRONS BASKET-MILL®s are fast-running high-performance mills in stationary design with infinitely variable speed adjustment by frequency converter for the discontinuous fine dispersing / fine grinding in the batch production.

Our Submerged Mills offers grinding and dispersion capability which rivals that of conventional sand mills, while priced not much more than a simple disperser. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel. The lift mechanism is hydraulically powered for reliability and variable speed is standard.
Our Submerged Mills are both economical and simple to use. It requires no adjustments and virtually no maintenance except for cleaning.
