We began our journey in late 50’s by Mr.Kaliappa Chettiar as a trader of Butter and Ghee in Coimbatore. Tamil Nadu, India. In the year 1983, his son K.M.K Chinnaraj, began first retail outlet was started in Gandhipuram for the sale of Butter and Ghee. Later he established a processing unit in the year 1999 with a milk handling capacity of 1, 20,000 per/month which has now gone upto 270,000 liters per month. Presently, the company is producing Milk, Cheese, Butter and Curd upto 15 tons per/month and sooner it'll be extended to 35 tons.

Bacteria is used to acidify the milk which defines the texture and flavor of most cheeses. Some cheeses also feature molds, either on the outer rind or throughout. From ancient times, cheese has served people during famine and is found to be a good travel food option. Cheese is lighter, more compact, and has a longer shelf life than the milk, which is its main raw material and also has high content of fat, protein, calcium, and phosphorus.

Several mechanisms for this protection have been proposed:

Cheese is often avoided by those who are lactose intolerant, but ripened cheeses like Cheddar contain only about 5% of the lactose found in whole milk, and aged cheeses contain almost none.
