Blow Seal Valve

These valves are extension of the rotary air lock valves. These are used in pneumatic conveying of the materials like powder. Here the material is fed from the top of the valve and it is collected in the receptacle which is at the bottom of the valve. Then the collected material is blown away with the pneumatic system to the application end.

Knife Gate Valves

Milenium knife gate valves are of unique design and are used for handling of slurry, slag, pulp and ash etc. In this there is a stainless steel sheath so that the lading or the material will come in contact with only stainless steel which is inert to ash, slurry and slag etc, and for a number of other solutions. The gate also is of stainless steel (SS 304/316).The packing arrangement seals the leak at the top and through the gate.

Over Running Clutch Units

These are completely enclosed units consisting of a precision freewheeling clutch mounted between two shafts. The clutch in our ORC units are used to transmit the power in one direction and in other direction it slips. These units provide an ideal solution during high ambient temperature and when the contaminants effects the power transmission operation.

These have self contained lubrication that provides continuous oil circulation in the unit. The constant re-circulation of oil minimizes the abrasion of rollers/sprags. We offers these ORC Boxes either as custom built or as an import substitute in dynamically balanced condition.

Horizontal Shake Table
