We have an adept team of technicians, engineers, 8 skilled and 3 semi skilled personnel who are well versed with the technological advancement. In addition, we also have a congenial working atmosphere that the team feel motivated and brings out quality production. Our team is highly competent and takes new challenges. Our entire team works in coherence and their enthusiasm and energetic approach towards work have played an instrumental role in our growth.

We have a well-equipped manufacturing facility, which is spreading over an area of 4000 sq ft. with advanced technologies and modern machines. Our production facility is segregated into departments like research and development, manufacturing unit, product design unit, production floor, quality control department etc., which support the over all manufacturing process. Some of the various machines, which we have installed in our manufacturing unit are:

We have an efficient designing unit to make new designs as per the clients specification and to meet the global challenges. In addition, we also have a separate department in the production floor for product inspection and this monitors the manufacturing process right from the procurement of raw material such as steel casting.

We have a quality control department, which assist us in quality checking at each stage of production. Our products have to qualify certain tests such as visual destruction and non destruction prior to dispatched for final destinations. To meet the diverse requirement of our clients, we adopted the system of mandatory inspection and tests as well as periodic quality audits and system evaluations at every stage of production. The parameters on which our products are quality checked are:

• Pressure
• Temperature
• Level
• Flow

In addition, our raw materials are certified by ISO, which ensures the durability and reliability of our range. Further, the durability of our products ranges from 18 months or 8 to 10 years.

Warehousing & Packaging



We have a spacious warehouse, where we can store 4000 units. In addition, we have a packaging unit to monitor our packaging for easy and safety transportation. We do bulk and individual packaging and as per the customers requirement.

We monitor the production process from manufacturing, packaging to dispatch of the products. In addition, we meet the delivery schedule within the stipulated time frame. So, we are able to give complete satisfaction to our clients.
