Ferro-1111 is grey cement based polymer modified quick set tile adhesive. It gives excellent bond on cementitious surfaces like concrete and plaster. Ferro-1111 Adhesive forms a waterproof barrier between two surfaces and has excellent 'grab' properties.

Applications :

For fixing all types of ceramic tiles on interior & exterior substrates e.g. floor / kitchen/ bathroom wall/ corridor / lobby/ meeting rooms/ halls etc.

Method of Application :

1. Add clean water to Ferro-1111 and mix thoroughly until a slump free mortar is

obtained. A 20kgs bag will require approximately 4-6 Liters of water. The adhesive once prepared, no further water should be added while in use.

This is useful for fixing a door frame without hold fast and the frame is not required to be installed with super structure, thus eliminate troubles such as frames getting damaged through cement plaster, water curing, and movements of materials into the flat from outside. Once you install the door onto mechanically preinstalled frames, cracks appearing on the surface of its periphery and along with the line of hold fast within short time of use. Ferro-102 is a stainless, chemical resistant, hard wearing, hygienic & impervious tile joint with a high degree of resistance to abrasion and impact.Ferro-102 can also be used as a high performance epoxy adhesive for fixing ceramic tiles.
