Simba Junior ring drilling rig is a high productive long hole drilling arrangement at a low investment. This is a simple; one man operated rig, patterned to produce blast holes around 360 degrees. Hole patterns may be drilled vertically or inclined as required.

The complete Simba Junior includes MDS 120F Drifter, complete Remote Control system, BSP-10 Drill Steel Support, BMS-46 Feed Beam and feed motor.

Screw Feed Beam(Suitable for MDS-120 Drifter) - MDS 46, MDS 48, MDS 812.

Thae MDS-46 are intended  for long hole drilling with MDS-120 in application where positioning is handled manualy.

Chuck,Pawl,Water Flushing Tube,Side Bolts,Nuts etc.

• The remote controlled drill steel support is an undisposable accessory to the MDS drifter & MDS screw feed       .
• The steel support grips & holds the drill steel coupling when the drill string is extended or retracted..
• One operator assisted by the steel support can achieve higher performances than two drilling handling the drill steel changes manually.
• The MDS-32 pneumatic drill steel support is clamped to MDS feed beam & operated from the same remote control as the rock drill.
• Two clamps pushed together by pneumatic cylinder provide affirm grip on the drill steel coupling.
• The position of the MDS-32 can easily be adjusted to suit upward or downward drilling.
