Made from close grained cast iron of grade FG 200 as per IS-210
Hardness 170 to 220 BHN
Cored & adequately ribbed for rigidity
T-slots conform to IS-2013
Can be mounted directly on floor or on CI supporting column
Provision for leveling floor plates from top surface if required
Casting stress relieved after rough machining to relieve internal stress
Ultrasonic test done for internal crack detection
Facility for joining any number of plates to get any length or width

Cross T - slots, tapped holes & positioning marks for work mounting will be provided if required.
